Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

1. An exchange will only take place if the items are received in the same condition as it was posted. THIS EXCLUDES ANY ITEMS THAT ARE PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM MADE.

2. We do not accept returns, exchanges and cancellations on personalized or custom-made items.

3. We are unable to process any changes once an order has been placed regarding size, colour, design etc. Please ensure you review your order in thorough detail before placing it.

4. If you have any questions – please contact us PRIOR to placing your order.

5. Shipping is done in good faith (your item will be packed to withstand an earthquake!) and all packages shipped from East London are expected to reach you within 3 - 5 business days (depending on where you are based). 

6. Packages are sent via The Courier Guy, who we have received excellent feedback on items shipped. 

7. Shipping is at the clients own risk and Witty V cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to items once they have left our premises. If however you are concerned, we can gladly arrange insurance via The Courier Guy, at an additional fee to the client. If you would like to find more about insurance for your item(s) please feel free to contact us at info@wittyv.co.za

(Note: Insurance fee is dependent on the value of your package)

8. If an item is exchanged, shipping costs will not be refunded and the client will be invoiced for extra shipping of the new item exchanged.

9. Please ensure you have supplied us with an accurate address for shipping. Witty V cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address – if an inaccurate address has been supplied and extra shipping costs apply.

 

PRINTABLES:

1. Due to the digital nature of this item, there are no refunds or exchanges on items delivered electronically.

3. This is a digital product, and no physical product will be shipped.
