Our gorgeous rose gold acrylic table numbers are available to hire in the East London area. Acrylic numbers are available with either raw pine bases or clear acrylic bases (included in the rental fee). Items to hire are available in East London only.

All items that are available to hire will at all times remain the property of Witty V.

A 50% booking fee will need to be paid upfront in order to secure your booking of the item or items. Remainder of the payment will need to be paid at least 5 days prior to collection. No items will be released until such payment has been received by Witty V.

An additional, refundable breakage deposit will be added to the quote and is payable with the balance prior to collection of the items. This deposit is fully or partly refundable. If there is any loss/damage to the item or items that have been hired, necessary costs for repair will be deducted out of the refundable deposit.

Refunds for the deposit will be paid within 5 days once the items have been returned to Witty V and inspected.

While we take great care in inspecting our items, all hire items must be checked by the client upon collection. It is up to the client to inform us immediately of any fault/damage or shortage. No refunds will be issued for any fault, damage or shortage reported after the date of your event/function.

Please ensure that items are returned in the same condition as they were received to avoid incurring additional expenses.

If the client fails to return the items by 12:00 on the specified “Return Date”, fees will be deducted from the refundable deposit. The “Return Date” may be no longer than 3 days from the date of your function. A full daily charge will be payable until such items have been received by Witty V.

It is up to the client to collect and drop off the hire items – on dates and times agreed upon by the client and Witty V. If items need to be delivered or collected by Witty V, additional travel expenses will be billed accordingly.

CANCELLATION FEE:

If booked items are cancelled 30 days or more prior to your event, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.

If booked items are cancelled between 30 and 16 days prior to your event, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

If booked items are cancelled between 15 days or less prior to your event, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

If you would like to customize an item that is available to hire, it is possible to do so for purchase. Please note that extra costs will be incurred to customize an item if it needs to be made from scratch.
